Pizza MenuAll our pizza dough is made up fresh in our kitchen using the finest Italian Napolitano 00 Pizzeria Flour. Our tomato sauce is made from using San Marzano tomatoes and pulped to a unique Weirdough Pizza recipe. We use the finest Fior Latte Di Latte a semi-soft, fresh cheese made in the style of Italian mozzarella (Subject to availability otherwise alternative mozzarella will be purchased) All pizza toppings are purchased fresh daily and we try to source local producers. If you have special dietary requirements please let us know we can cater for Gluten Free and Dairy Free as well as Vegan.
